Project RPO Builds Multi-State Talent Pipeline and Improves Hiring Efficiency

A private equity–backed organization partnered with AccruePartners to deliver a blended Project RPO and MSP/VMS solution supporting rapid, multi-state hiring needs. Working closely with the CHRO and VP of Logistics Operations, we deployed an embedded recruiter with both onsite and remote support to build a scalable talent pipeline and establish consistent hiring processes. Within three months, we developed a pipeline of 100+ vetted candidates across four states, reduced time-to-hire from 60 days to 21 days, and optimized the recruitment technology stack to enhance efficiency while lowering costs. In addition, we partnered with leadership to design a supplemental talent strategy, strengthening hiring capabilities without the need for long-term headcount investment.


Enterprise RPO Builds Scalable Talent Acquisition Function

A mortgage company partnered with AccruePartners to implement a 12-month Enterprise RPO engagement to meet aggressive hiring demands and establish a scalable talent acquisition function.
