- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and profitability goals
- Monitor key financial metrics and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, profitability, and cost control
- Collaborate with operational teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability on construction projects
- Provide oversite and direction in regards to capital planning with specific focuses on investments, financing, ROI, and more
- Perform analysis over opportunities, risks, and other areas in the effort to drive strong financial and operational results
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction, residential / commercial real building
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
