WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute strategies to secure multi-year customer partnerships across various verticals, boosting revenue and EBITDA.
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of multi-year logistics and warehousing agreements, analyzing trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and build revenue-generating relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like sales, marketing, and operations to ensure partnerships align with organizational goals.
- Manage partnerships, provide regular updates on their contributions, and represent the company at industry events to enhance its brand and reputation.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record in 3PL services and contract logistics/distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales strategies, manage pipelines, and drive multi-million-dollar partnerships with key stakeholders
- Availability to travel up to 50%
