THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of experience in training/learning & development.
- Proven leadership experience is essential.
- Expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and sales training best practices
- Proficiency with learning management systems, such as Absorb or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with Storyline, Captiva, or equivalent tools is required.
