WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Manage and lead a team of sales trainers, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs that drive sales performance.
  • Build and implement a comprehensive leadership development program to enhance management skills and foster future leaders.
  • Design and develop instructional materials, incorporating e-learning solutions to support diverse learning styles and improve training accessibility.
  • Develop and execute the company’s training strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish metrics to assess training effectiveness, keeping all programs updated and relevant to the company’s needs.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 5+ years of experience in training/learning & development.
  • Proven leadership experience is essential.
  • Expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and sales training best practices
  • Proficiency with learning management systems, such as Absorb or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with Storyline, Captiva, or equivalent tools is required.
