Your recruiting ability coupled with a keen eye on quality is critical to matching candidates/consultants who meet our clients strategic project and interim solutions. Think staffing but at an elevated approach. Long-line recruitment skills and precision matter in our new model.
- We are looking for those in Big 4 or Consulting who are interested in making more of an impact, being hands-on for decisions and execution to meet the strategic and tactical needs of our clients. You will be partnering with our sales team to develop solutions on the problems they identify with our clients and prospects throughout the Carolina’s. Knowledge of transformation offices, PMO, integration, change management and continuous improvement are our love languages.

- The Talent Partner’s primary function is to drive candidate recruiting activities for open and active searches within the organization.
- The goal of the Talent Partner is to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates within specific talent communities and skills sets and match those candidates to contract and direct hire searches within our clients.
Core Expectations:
- Interview 15-18 candidates Weekly
- 10-12 candidate submissions Weekly
- Identify 8 quality opportunities for business development from the desk through MPA, Sales utilizing Bullhorn and marketing materials to drive new client growth from the desk.
- Execution of the AccruePartners Business Systems by participating in Intake Sessions, preparing the Go To Market Message, gathering Market and Talent Analytics, performing and executing searches, participating in Candidate Prep, Candidate Debrief calls and checking References
- Conducting QC calls on candidates placed
- Participate in 1 – 2 networking, client / candidate face to face activities monthly
- Ensure all activities are documented in Bullhorn
- Clients, Candidates and Job Orders
- Participating in maintenance of divisional Tear sheets/Hot Lists/Supply Chain
- Participating in LinkedIn by posting jobs, blogs and relevant articles to your position
