- Manages the CEO’s calendar, scheduling high-priority meetings, and ensuring efficient time allocation.
- Coordinates international and domestic travel, handling logistics and itinerary planning.
- Acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication.
- Maintains confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supports the CEO with administrative functions, including expense management, reporting, and special projects.
- Fluent in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel, including internationally, to support business needs.
- Experience in financial services or investment banking is a plus.
