- Prepare financial statements and disclosures for quarterly and annual SEC filings
- Work closely with Corporate FP&A / Investor Relations to prepare earnings release and MD&A
- Assist with accounting for pension, share-based compensation and other complex accounting areas
- Support special projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions
- Research and evaluate the effect of new accounting pronouncements and assist with implementation efforts
- Help ensure appropriate design and operating effectiveness of financial reporting controls
- Assist external auditors in the review of quarterly and annual financial information
- Bachelor’s degree with accounting major (or Master’s degree in Accounting)
- CPA or CPA-eligible candidate required
- 3 or more years’ accounting experience, financial reporting, or public accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail
- Prior experience with HFM, Workiva, or XBRL is a plus
