WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for high volumes of seasonal service professional candidates across 9 branches during peak summer season.
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to identify qualified candidates and coordinate interview calendars for hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team and Branch Leaders to maintain accurate applicant tracking and support hiring decisions.
- Assist in organizing job descriptions and Paylocity records if extended past initial assignment.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 1-2+ years of high-volume recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in a fast-paced or seasonal industry.
- Proven ability to manage a large call volume and quickly screen candidates with a sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a competitive, self-motivated attitude.
- Must be based in Charlotte, NC and available to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
