  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates in financial services, banking and payments, wealth and asset management, capital markets, and insurance products
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and drive results to the candidate flow to produce a successful hire
  • Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, Linked In Recruiter, Boolean/internet data research and referrals
  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and provide regular updates, metrics, and insights on recruitment activities to senior leadership  

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in financial services; sourcing, hiring manager management to offer process.
  • Experienced managing 30+ corporate requisitions
  • Exceptional communication skills both by email and on video calls- this is an on-camera company
