- Onsite 5 days a week
- Prepare and analyze the financial statements, general ledgers, subsidiary ledgers, budgets, cash flow projections and review of job cost reports for assigned assets
- Perform daily activities such as reviewing building invoices, reviewing and posting tenant billing adjustments, prepayment applications to open charges, and managing property-level cash
- Reconcile, verify, and validate all entries and postings to balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements for all assigned entities
- Responsible for financial internal controls and coordination of all financial and tax audits
- Develop, monitor, and maintain policies and procedures per general accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate guidelines
- Preparation of Annual CAM recoveries completing CAM + bank reconciliations
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint + experience with MRI or Yardi preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects with an understanding of contracts, leases, and leasing objectives
- Must have a minimum of a BS in Accounting with exposure to finance and analytical courses
- Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
- Familiarity with GAAP and property accounting statements/concepts (IS, BS, CF, Accrual / Cash)
