- 5+ years of Project Management experience across business functions such as operations, procurement, compliance, supply chain and logistics.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to adapt to different industries and organizational structures
- Proven track record in process improvement, business transformation, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus
