WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Ensures effective onboarding, training, and adoption of major company-wide initiatives, including ERP implementation.
  • Centralizes training materials into a unified, user-friendly repository, making it easier for employees to access and utilize essential documentation.
  • Transforms traditional manuals and SOPs into interactive, digital formats that improve employee engagement and retention of information.
  • Develops bilingual training assets that accommodate the diverse needs of employees across multiple languages, countries, and company practices.
  • Establishes a replicable methodology for future training projects, ensuring sustainability and adaptability as company needs evolve.


THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Open to a 3-6 month consulting engagement, bringing flexibility and a focused approach to short-term, high-impact projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating training content, particularly digital or interactive assets, for diverse, global workforces.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of training materials.
  • Familiarity with user-friendly digital tools (e.g., Synthesia or similar) and knowledge management systems, such as intranet platforms.
  • Experience in transforming traditional documentation (e.g., policy manuals, SOPs) into efficient, streamlined, and engaging digital formats.
  • Track record of managing projects working with vendors, internal teams, and subject matter experts to develop and organize comprehensive training solutions.
