Why This Role Is Important
- Leads multiple financial systems implementation projects for enterprise clients
- Provides project oversight and client coordination across both single-phase and multi-phase engagements
- Partners closely with functional and technical teams to ensure successful execution of enterprise performance management (EPM) programs
- Supports the outsourced PMO function, driving alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensures project milestones, budgets, and resource plans are met across concurrent client engagements
The Background That Fits
- 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting within finance, accounting, or FP&A environments
- Prior experience supporting EPM or performance management implementations; OneStream strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously in various stages of the lifecycle
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution
- Ability to deliver excellent customer care and stakeholder engagement
- Background in consulting and finance/accounting blend ideal; hands-on professional needed.
