  • Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, critical for employee satisfaction and trust.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, safeguarding the company against legal risks.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries, enhancing the employee experience.
  • Supports organizational efficiency by managing HRIS data and providing accurate reporting for decision-making.
  • Strengthens HR operations through effective onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in payroll or HR roles.
  • Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience, with strong knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, and familiarity with other office productivity tools.
  • Understanding of payroll compliance regulations and human resource principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and in high-paced environments.
