- Supports organizational efficiency by managing HRIS data and providing accurate reporting for decision-making.
- Strengthens HR operations through effective onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience in payroll or HR roles.
- Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience, with strong knowledge of payroll systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, and familiarity with other office productivity tools.
- Understanding of payroll compliance regulations and human resource principles and practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and in high-paced environments.
