WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Play a vital role in optimizing HR operations through effective use of Oracle HCM by bridging the gap between technology and business needs
  • Analyze and evaluate existing HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Leverage Oracle HCM capabilities to drive operational enhancements and streamline processes.
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to end users, ensuring a thorough understanding of Oracle HCM functionality
  • Participate in the implementation of new Oracle HMC modules, functionalities, and upgrades; ensuring successful integration with other non-oracle systems, applications, and platforms
  •  Collaborate with HR and IT to prioritize, manage, and implement Oracle HCM features and enhancements that align with business goals and user requirements. Oversee a dynamic backlog to ensure continuous improvement of the platform.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, and support experience
  • Experience building custom reports and extracting data using OTBI and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) to delivery insight and metrics and trends
  • Oracle HCM certification is preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively with stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills are critical
