WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Oversee product lineup improvement, analyze performance, manage inventory, and collaborate on new innovations and product promotions. Handle warranty claims, product data maintenance, and monthly revenue forecasting.
- Cultivate supplier relationships, ensure product/service quality, and negotiate purchasing deals with warehouse distributors and manufacturers to enhance franchisee offerings.
- Communicate product updates to franchisees, analyze vendor performance, and collaborate with field representatives to maximize product acceptance and sales opportunities.
- Serve as the main contact for key vendors, including warehouse distributors, equipment suppliers, and service programs, driving growth through strategic management, negotiation, and program refinement.
- Administer rebate programs for franchisees, ensuring timely and accurate payouts, and optimizing performance to drive product growth and franchisee satisfaction.
THE BACKGOUND THAT FITS:
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining vendor relationships and partnerships
- Skilled in vendor negotiations and contract management
- Experience with Excel, reporting (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc)
- Strong organization and time management skills with track record of meeting deadlines
- Understanding of automotive accessories
