WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner with management and work cross-functionally while conducting individual audits
- Develop, execute, and document audit tests in accordance with Audit Services policies and procedures
- Provide consultation to management regarding emerging control practices using data literacy and analytics
- Reduce frustration and mitigate customer service issues before they occur by using proactive communication skills with management and peers
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned to assist with analyzing our risk and control environment with a technical knowledge, creativity, and value-added mentality
- Serve as a coach and mentor to junior staff members.
- Creatively identify problems that potentially were not known to exist and provide solutions and/or recommendations
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
- 2-5 years of work experience in audit or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or other relevant field of study
- Professional certification preferred (CIA, CPA, CISA, etc.)
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized individual.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Proven ability to excel in highly interactive team environment.
- Able to understand risk and control concepts.
