WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Partner with management and work cross-functionally while conducting individual audits
  • Develop, execute, and document audit tests in accordance with Audit Services policies and procedures
  • Provide consultation to management regarding emerging control practices using data literacy and analytics
  • Reduce frustration and mitigate customer service issues before they occur by using proactive communication skills with management and peers
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned to assist with analyzing our risk and control environment with a technical knowledge, creativity, and value-added mentality
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to junior staff members.
  • Creatively identify problems that potentially were not known to exist and provide solutions and/or recommendations

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
  • 2-5 years of work experience in audit or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or other relevant field of study
  • Professional certification preferred (CIA, CPA, CISA, etc.)
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized individual.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to excel in highly interactive team environment.
  • Able to understand risk and control concepts.
