WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Manage and maintain the HRMS to ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and system functionality.
- Process payroll for 450+ employees in collaboration with HR and Finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, invoicing, and Open Enrollment coordination.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations, assisting with audits and regulatory updates.
- Support retirement plan administration, including employee enrollment, contribution tracking, and audit preparation.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on HRMS management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Proficient in HRMS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Word and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA, with proven experience ensuring compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills; ability to manage sensitive data and resolve employee inquiries effectively.
