WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Providing assistance throughout the entire talent management and talent acquisition process
- Overseeing pre-employment procedures and onboarding activities
- Organizing and managing Open Enrollment procedures
- Coordinating training and development needs
- Facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Handling administration of FMLA, Sick Pay, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance claims
- Supporting the management of company-sponsored employee relations programs
- Serving as a backup Payroll Specialist
- Associate degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience.
- Prior experience using/knowledge of SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytic
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US.
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
