THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
- 5+ years of experience in adjudication, claims processing, or related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Preferred experience with UKG
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
