WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead data analysis initiatives to assess channel performance, trajectory, and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering insights through dashboards and reporting.
  • Build and optimize SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and support ad-hoc data requests.
  • Develop benchmarks for email and push notification channels to measure effectiveness and identify areas for growth.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of automated dashboards to track channel health, ensuring marketing leaders have up-to-date metrics on email and push performance.
  • Act as the central hub between technical and marketing teams, collaborating on troubleshooting, campaign launches, and backend technical issues, ensuring a smooth workflow across all departments.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Must have strong proficiency in SQL to handle ad-hoc requests and build data sets
  • Experience with email marketing KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals related to deliverability, engagement, and overall success
  • Familiarity with Looker, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and tools like GitHub
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
