- Lead data analysis initiatives to assess channel performance, trajectory, and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering insights through dashboards and reporting.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and support ad-hoc data requests.
- Develop benchmarks for email and push notification channels to measure effectiveness and identify areas for growth.
- Manage the development and maintenance of automated dashboards to track channel health, ensuring marketing leaders have up-to-date metrics on email and push performance.
- Act as the central hub between technical and marketing teams, collaborating on troubleshooting, campaign launches, and backend technical issues, ensuring a smooth workflow across all departments.
- 3+ years of experience
- Must have strong proficiency in SQL to handle ad-hoc requests and build data sets
- Experience with email marketing KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals related to deliverability, engagement, and overall success
- Familiarity with Looker, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and tools like GitHub
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
