THE DETAILS :
- 5 month contract with possibility of extending
- On-site Tuesdays-Thursdays in the South Charlotte area
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Manage scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings for multiple executives, including calendar management, attendee coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Support the creation of materials for team meetings and events, collaborating with presenters to ensure smooth delivery and seamless logistics for both internal and external gatherings.
- Plan, organize, and execute team-building activities, offsites, and company events while overseeing budget tracking, procurement of team swag, and managing travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by serving as a key point of contact between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other Executive Business Partners, while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating sound judgment in all tasks.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
- Expertise in G-Suite (Calendar, Sheets, Docs) with strong proficiency in Slack, Jira, Concur, and other cloud-based systems.
- Highly adaptable team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude; able to step in and support urgent tasks and assist other Executive Business Partners as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaborator, working well with both internal teams and cross-functional leads to enhance overall productivity.
