WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Partner with business unit leaders to provide guidance on policies and recommend talent strategies aligned with business needs.
- Lead employee development and succession planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of HR programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage talent management processes, including performance appraisals, salary administration, and employee retention initiatives.
- Serve as a consultant to management, addressing workplace issues and advising on employee relations.
- Ensure proper handling of grievances and disciplinary procedures, maintaining compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Oversee HR operations for the business unit, including HRIS management, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- 7 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within large, complex, and high-growth manufacturing/logistics organizations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with senior management, and advanced knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions across multiple geographic locations and independently plan and accomplish goals.
- Skilled in creating, analyzing, and reporting HR data metrics, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree and certifications like PHR/SPHR or experience with Dayforce HRIS are desirable but not required
