- Hybrid, in office 3x a week, 2x remote.

- Direct HR functions across multiple divisions, including office and manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the integration of top talent and maintaining fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Foster a culture of open communication, address employee concerns, and lead performance management initiatives, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, develop HR policies to mitigate risks, and stay informed about HR trends to proactively address compliance issues.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
- 5-7+ years of HR leadership experience with a hands-on approach.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities; proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into actionable HR strategies; strong detail orientation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
