THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Proven experience in managing digital membership programs or campaigns, preferably within the media or public broadcasting sector
- Experience creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and content development to drive engagement and conversions.
- Strong skills in monitoring and analyzing digital performance metrics
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Google Analytics preferred
