WHY THE ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Oversee and manage all accounting related activities including month, quarter, year-end close, financial reporting, compliance and regulations, financial analysis, and more.
- Manage company cash flow to optimize liquidity and working capital including cash flow forecasting and capital investments.
- Establish and maintain internal controls including development of policies and procedures.
- Develop and monitor business performance metrics.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in accounting and finance.
- CPA Preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
