WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Responsible for life cycle management of all contracts, including initial drafting, coordinating, compiling and responding to comments and ensuring proper execution, storage and retention.
  • Serve as the business unit subject matter expert on all contractual matters, including the utilization of a CLM software.
  • Ensuring the company is utilizing all current forms and consistent across all locations.
  • Training appropriate Teammates across the company on the importance of contract compliance.
  • Understanding Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to verify insurance of third parties aligns with contract terms.
WHERE IS IT LOCATED:
  • Rock Hill, SC (Onsite 5 days a week)
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience in a technical field (legal, accounting, engineering)
  • Experience with process documentation and process improvement
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with a contract lifecycle management software
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition implications within commercial contract
