WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Lead the pre-construction planning and design of new facilities, including site selection, due diligence, and feasibility studies
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and franchisees
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or experience in construction, consulting, and/or other similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage projects and balance multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
