WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role as the "hunter" for AccruePartners, focused on the financial services sector. The CSM's primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive client engagement within financial institutions. The goal is to secure Contracts, Direct Hires, and Statement of Work (SOW) searches across a dedicated portfolio of clients within the financial services industry.
- 8 - 10 Face to Face client visits weekly
- w/ participating team members
- 4 with new prospects and clients
- 1-2 Monthly networking events
- 1 Client entertainment activity monthly
- Job Orders Generated
- 2 + Contract
- 2+ Direct Hire
- 1 SOW client presentation per month
- Work with the Client to establish action items at the time of intake including resume reviews, interview times and debriefs
- Ensure searches have a smooth transition to Divisional partners and are serviced according to the AccruePartners Business Systems
- Complete weekly assigned QC, Reverse Marketing, MPA and Reference calls
- Ensure all activities are documented in Bullhorn
- all prospective clients have updated information in Bullhorn
- target client contacts have 30-day action items and receive a “touch” monthly
- Build and maintain a current organizational structure within the targeted account(s)
- Provide reporting and progress updates via weekly status reports
- Lead business reviews with key stakeholders
- Ensure open communication between divisions for efficient client pursuit
- Participating in LinkedIn by posting jobs, blogs, and relevant articles to your position
