WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Examine and analyze financial statements and forecasts (income statement, cash flows, and balance sheet).
  • Analyze business transactions and problems and prepare appropriate financial models.
  • Analyze market trends and issues, perform valuation analysis.
  • Collect business data from different sources and conduct benchmark analysis.
  • Create reports of findings, tables, charts and communicate business valuation personnel regarding complex issues.
  • Provide support in analyzing different technical issues specific to company.
  • Interact with management and present relevant information effectively.
  • Participate in calls with clients.
  • In time, independently produce presentations, models, and reports from start to finish.
  • Ensure adherence to quality in all work products.
 
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • 0-3 years of analytical experience or internships
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) skills to effectively communicate with team and partners
  • Resourceful, self-starter mentality with ability to multi-task effectively
  • High attention to detail necessary
  • General accounting/finance knowledge
  • Team player
  • Proficient within Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
