WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
  • Act as a key contributor on the ERP team, specializing in planning within the D365 environment to support transformation and growth objectives.
  • Drive major business initiatives by partnering closely with internal departments and stakeholders to deliver customized ERP solutions that enhance demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory optimization.
  • Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project milestones, and implement solutions that streamline the supply chain and enhance data utilization.
  • Provide expertise in D365 modules (Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting, Master Planning, and Production Control) and work hands-on with configuration and data loads to drive efficient project outcomes.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Required Experience:
    • 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Analyst, with deep expertise in planning within ERP environments.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including the Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting, Master Planning, and Production Control modules.
    • Extensive knowledge of demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory optimization.
    • Strong supply chain background, especially in manufacturing or retail domains, with hands-on experience in data management, configuration, and planning solutions.
    • Skilled in working with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and implement ERP requirements alongside development teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Background in Oracle ASCP or SAP PP as an alternative ERP platform experience.
    • Familiarity with asset management and other planning-related modules within an ERP system.
    • Project management certification (PMP or CAPM) is a plus for handling multiple project elements.
