- Lead a team of outbound sales supervisors (3-5 supervisors) with teams of 12-14 each.
- Drive professional development and coaching for leadership team within a call center setting
- Responsible for driving overall Active Customer Growth, Used Sales and year over year revenue growth for the book of business assigned to Outbound Sales Reps
- College Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years of call center leadership experience
- Experience driving revenue results and leading sales teams
- Proficient in Microsoft applications-Word, Excel, Email
- Excellent time management and efficiency skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
