WHERE THIS ROLE SITS:
  • Hybrid in Fort Mill, SC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the go-to resource for benefits administration, addressing employee questions, managing enrollment workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation of health and welfare programs.
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support strategic planning, including audits, compliance filings, and vendor communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve benefit processes, support open enrollment, and maintain consistent communication and education around employee benefits.
  • Support integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing benefits data, conducting audits, and aligning plan structures across entities.
  • Partner with HR Technology to streamline system processes, ensure data accuracy across platforms, and contribute to ongoing platform improvements such as Workday optimization.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience; minimum 3–5 years in benefits administration with strong analytical background.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements) required; experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach to resolving benefit-related inquiries.
  • Experience managing sensitive information with discretion and navigating union environments is highly preferred.
