WHERE THIS ROLE WILL SIT
- Hybrid - 4 days in office in Charlotte, NC
WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- This role will play a vital part in financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, and process improvements—supporting the growth and stability of our operations
- Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help drive financial strategy
- Assist in managing audits and liaise with external auditors as needed
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in Accounting, preferably with public accounting experience
- Audit experience preferred
- Multi-site experience preferred
