- Collaborate with FP&A teams to provide critical insights through management reporting and financial analysis.
- Mentor and oversee Staff Accountants, fostering professional growth and maintaining operational excellence.
- Drive process improvements in areas such as sales and use tax, property tax coordination, and ad-hoc financial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles, demonstrating leadership and operational expertise.
- Proficient in GAAP accounting principles and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled at navigating high-volume, ambiguous environments while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
