  • Partner with the End User Services' Solutions Architect team to engineer, implement, and support standard dynamic end-states and applications in alignment with established technology roadmaps.
  • Design, engineering and end-to-end management of Corning's Dynamic End-State Windows as-a-Service Feature Update engineering and implementation Implement MOB upgrades for endpoints (packages, version upgrades, patches, etc.) to include Altiris software delivery and packaging certification
  • Patching - Coordinates and monitors OS, security updates, along with integrated enterprise-wide tool set
  • Development and maintenance of installation and login scripts for end-state deployment
  • Performance baselining and monitoring, including complexity reduction and optimization
  • Maintains and troubleshoots
  • Group Policies in respect to application delivery and workstation management
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical escalations and last tier support for operations and support teams, including 3rd party vendor technical escalations and participation in incident critical responses as necessary
  • Hardware testing and certification Partner with application owners on remediation of vulnerable software
  • Maintain domain owned technical knowledge articles for Service Desk and Field Services Support resources Engineering/technical lead for projects as necessary
