- Responsible for supporting and configuring Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical data loads.
- Assist with the creation and approval of technical EIB requirements documentation; ensure documentation is aligned to the Functional Requirements and use of document templates that meet SDLC testing standards.
- Support Workday Inbound/Outbound integrations for Payroll where needed.
- Manage SDLC modifications to various conversions.
- Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
- Project Manage and create estimations of technical timelines and allocation of the technical resources to specific task.
- Identify opportunities for system reuse and system simplification.
- Communicate with functional business users and technical resources.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Required Skills:
- At least 2 Workday Payroll deployments completed
- Ability to setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax configurations.
- 3+ years of HRIT / HRIS experience of Workday
- Proficiency in Workday EIB Data loading process.
- Workday Report Writer.
- Workday Pro Payroll Certification or other Workday Certification preferred
- American Payroll association (APA) Certified preferred
