WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Responsible for supporting and configuring Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical data loads.
Assist with the creation and approval of technical EIB requirements documentation; ensure documentation is aligned to the Functional Requirements and use of document templates that meet SDLC testing standards.
Support Workday Inbound/Outbound integrations for Payroll where needed.
Manage SDLC modifications to various conversions.
Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
Project Manage and create estimations of technical timelines and allocation of the technical resources to specific task.
Identify opportunities for system reuse and system simplification.
Communicate with functional business users and technical resources.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Required Skills:
At least 2 Workday Payroll deployments completed
Ability to setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax configurations.
3+ years of HRIT / HRIS experience of Workday
Proficiency in Workday EIB Data loading process.
Workday Report Writer.
Workday Pro Payroll Certification or other Workday Certification preferred
American Payroll association (APA) Certified preferred
