WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
Act as the lead for feature releases working with team to define scope, prioritize, plan and implement system changes and enhancements.
Collaborates with HRIS Manager and assists in the development, testing and implementation of new projects, enhancements, related systems, and interfaces.
Assists with maintenance of inbound and outbound integrations and secure transmission of data.
Supports compliance or audit requests as required and performs any control self-assessments to ensure controls are regularly tested and in place for the processes.
Supports and assists with the execution of activities related to HRIS projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
Ensures data is secure, accurate, and timely through communications, training, audits, mass data load processing and reporting.
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY:
5+ years of HRIS experience in Workday (preferably in the areas of HCM, Integrations, and Reporting, as well as Business Processes and Security Administration)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, but also be a team player
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or the equivalent experience
