• Conduct functional design reviews, gathering business requirements effectively.
• Develop and configure adaptable solutions across HCM, Compensation, Security, Benefits, and more.
• Collaborate with functional areas to enhance processes, design, and configuration, offering issue resolutions and recommendations.
• Support end-users, system administrators, and vendors when needed, and collaborate with QA for test plans.
• Create reports, analyze reporting needs, and ensure timely documentation while providing status updates to management.

• 5-10 years’ experience with Workday HCM systems, including implementation and post-implementation
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology (Scrum preferred) and Workday certification in at least 2 functional areas
• Excellent analytical, technical, and business intelligence skills, along with a strong customer service orientation
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools and Workday reporting
