WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Test and develop scenarios to ensure Workday is error free for end users.
- Deliver system configuration and data excellence for Workday including HCM, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Leverage project management skills and a thorough understanding of systems to contribute on HR projects
- Provide support for other HR systems including assessing system capabilities/utilization, resolving issues and overseeing day-to-day activities
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 2-5 years of HRIS experience. Recent Workday experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or related field.
- Blend of HR Generalist/ Analyst background with experience working with different functionalities in Workday
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to poke holes and offer solutions.
