WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Develop detailed project plans based on the marketing strategy and execution plan for SECURE 2.0 across B2B and B2C. Hold individuals accountable for assigned work and reporting of timely updates across deliverables.
Create weekly reporting to include status, key learnings and risks/dependencies. In addition, work with marketing strategy leads to establish measurements for go-to=-market actions and include results in periodic reporting.
Facilitate weekly update sessions with cross functional partners within marketing and across the organization.
Track and monitor progress including risks, dependencies. Work with assigned team members to determine solutions as necessary to mitigate risks or impacts to timelines.
This position may also be assigned certain marketing deliverables to manage from strategy through execution. This may include development of a fact sheets, presentations for certain provisions.
Develop periodic communication in conjunction with the SECURE 2.0 Enterprise Program Lead to ensure assigned marketing team members are knowledgeable of all provisions, are tracking to any changes as bill passes through legislative committees and modifications are made to project plans and deliverables as necessary.

Manage the execution plan of all marketing deliverables with the intention of showcasing the lead provider via pro-active measures to ensure readiness by impacted target audiences.
