THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
Provide sales leadership and play a pivotal role in charting future growth for the company.
Construct visionary sales strategies to increase long-term market share.
Execute the company’s growth plan through client development activities as well as driving the firm’s best practices around account planning, opportunity management and deal execution.
Employ an evolving strategy for responding to changes in the marketplace and continuously explore new growth opportunities.
Deliver top financial results revealing growth that meets or exceeds forecasts.
Contribute a broad perspective and strong experience in staffing with an exceptional understanding of the market, business models, processes and structure.
Develop partnerships with internal business partners to execute sales strategies efficiently, drive speed to market and generate sustainable, profitable growth.
Act as a brand ambassador and strive to increase the company’s value within the marketplace and promote the organization as a whole.
Provide leadership for sales function enhancing the relationships with major Fortune 100 - 500 organizational customers and prospects.
Provide leadership to a team of Client Relationship Managers and Strategic Account Managers/Directors.
Develop professional sales capabilities of team to exceed customer and business expectations via effective sales strategies and practices, empowering the team to deliver and achieve superior business results.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; 10+ years of related experience within a professional staffing firm.
Successful conduction of business development, marketing and sales within a large regional or national organization
Experienced in sales strategy, process, business development, and sales team leadership.
Established history of achieving/surpassing sales-targeted revenue objectives in an environment where relationship building is essential to success.
Possess a proven track record of attracting and developing new clientele.
Proven development of excellent client relationship skills and strong communication skills.
