WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Ideally working for a manufacturing company $4B-$6B in revenues.
• Technical accounting acumen (Corporate Accounting vs FP&A or Finance based oversight).
• Inventory valuation experience ++
• Strong ERP technical knowledge – SAP, Titan, One Stream ++ 
• Matrix leadership experience 
• Cross functional partnering skills (Corp Finance, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, Legal)
• SOX compliant, internal control oversight experience ++

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• CPA Certified (active)
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting or other related discipline is required. Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, preferred.
• At least 5-7 years’ experience as a Controller within a manufacturing company and management of a regional accounting team are expected.
• Experience in a global division of a publicly traded company, a plus.
