Why This Role Is Important:
  • Develop and execute strategies for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing internal and external candidates to fill Executive level positions across the Enterprise. Provides consulting and coaching to top level executives across the Enterprise on hiring strategies, market intel and complex offers involving multiple compensation vehicles in collaboration with other HR COEs.
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal and external client relationships necessary to achieve market expertise, predictable results, and build credibility. These include relationships with executive and senior leadership team members internally and key contacts throughout the financial services industry.
  • Utilizes and manages the relationships and services of contingent and retained recruiting firms and other vendors as needed to meet business needs. Makes recommendations to hiring manager on use of agencies.
  • Highly experienced subject matter expert role with either deep specialization or comprehensive knowledge within a discipline which crosses multiple areas of specialization and the ability to work across the Enterprise.
  • Support diversity initiatives by developing and executing on recruiting strategies and partnering with business leaders on the Affirmative Action program. Leverage external networks, professional organizations, available tools or resources, and market demographics to identify and pipeline a broad range of diverse external talent.
  • Develop, negotiate and close complex hiring deals with detailed knowledge of executive compensation components.

The Background That Fits:
  •  9+ years of professional experience including relevant senior or executive search experience with demonstrated success in managing a full-cycle search process
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
  • Extensive experience with passive candidate sourcing in financial services
  • Strong recruiting compliance knowledge and understanding, business acumen and organizational savvy necessary to understand and anticipate future business and talent needs.
  • Ability to persuade and influence business leaders and exhibit the confidence to make solid recommendations on strategies and hiring recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience in recommending, negotiating and closing complex compensation offerings
  • Experience providing fact-based assessments of talent to provide clear recommendations to managers involving acquiring new talent.
  • Must be a collaborative team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, some of which with short timelines
  • Excellent influencing, presentation and organizational skills needed
