WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Managing the voice of the customer and voice of the employee programs, including the collection and analysis of customer, manufacturer and employee feedback and monitoring cross-functional closed-loop improvement initiatives
  • Developing the roadmap of their relationship, journey and transactional VOC programs, refining it on an ongoing basis, and communicating its status to executive stakeholders
  • Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information in a way that produces actionable outcomes and improving our customers’ experience
  • Apply fundamentals of statistical modeling and correlation analysis to feedback analysis

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field of study
  • Must have 5+ years of experience analyzing VOC survey data
  • Strong understanding of quantitative & qualitative research techniques
  • Proficiency in querying, joining and manipulating raw datasets for analysis
  • 2+ years of proficiency in Medallia and Power BI or another VOC platform and/or Tableau
  • Remote flexible - Ability to travel onsite to Charlotte office as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship
