WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Directly manage 5 Facility Managers
  • Oversee the daily inbound/outbound logistics and fulfillment of customer orders
  • Assess, develop and continually build teams; implement performance and development programs 
  • Lead integration of acquisitions and develop annual budgets 
  • Improve inventory management across the entire brand and work cross functionally to meet client needs 
  • Lead the process of obtaining the ISO 9001
  • Support large scale strategic projects including facilities rationalization and analyzing ways to better sync with customers 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 15 years of experience within distribution/supply chain
  • 5 years of management experience
  • Experience with lean practices and ISO 9001 quality management
  • International supply chain experience preferred 
  • NetSuite ERP is a plus
