WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for the growth and sales strategy around our statement of work product offering while partnering with the leadership team to further define and implement a strategy to captivate engagements within existing clients
Partner with Leadership and the Strategic Account Management team to identify sales opportunities within existing clients and accounts
Manage and close opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle
Drive SOW deliverables to ensure each project and resources is successful during engagements.
Responsible for the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, complex deal shaping, management of client interactions and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.
Develops and maintains an expert knowledge of the statement of work process which is personalized and a high touch recruitment life cycle ensuring a positive outcome for all candidates and key stakeholders
Manage all executive relationships at customer to ensure a strong understanding of talent current and forthcoming while ensuring proper market intelligence is delivered to determine the proper search strategy.
Ensures all metrics and candidate presentation timelines are met for each engagement
Champion the AccruePartners Business Systems and sourcing strategy ecosystem across the entire enterprise
