Responsible for leading the development and implementation of the People Platform, which directly influences the organization's overall strategic goals and objectives.
By designing and delivering leadership development programs, this leader identifies and nurtures high-potential employees for future leadership roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of capable leaders for the organization's future.
This role collaborates closely with various teams and departments to improve team dynamics, relationships, and the overall well-being of associates, which contributes to a healthier, more productive work environment.
Ensures compliance with employment and labor laws, drives a competitive healthcare benefits plan, and manages compensation and benefits, which are critical components for attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent in a competitive market.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective leadership development programs that align with organizational goals.
Profound understanding of state and federal employment and benefit-related laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Preferably certified by SHRM with a commitment to obtaining certification within 2 years.
