THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 8+ years performance marketing, growth marketing, customer acquisition, and/or digital marketing leadership experience
• Proven experience with scaling B2C brand using high volume customer acquisition strategies 
• Experience with retail, franchise brands, eCommerce, etc.
• Willingness and ability to lead team with player-coach mentality
