WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- You'll lead cross-functional collaboration to establish and implement an eCommerce strategy aligned with company growth initiatives
- You'll own P&L, set and manage KPIs, partner with internal and external resources to ensure successful launch and deployment
- You'll use your eCommerce expertise to optimize the customer digital experience, engagement with a data-driven approach
- You'll remain on top of industry trends and introduce innovative methods of eCommerce for this industry
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 7+ years of eCommerce leadership experience
- P&L ownership
- Experience building a B2C eCommerce business from its' roots
- Salesforce Commerce experience
- Experience with subscription-based products or services in eCommerce is strongly preferred
